Reporting illegal content

Anyone may report content they consider illegal, by email, to the address above. A sufficiently precise and substantiated notice — a description of the content, its exact location, why you believe it is illegal, and your contact details — is acknowledged, decided with reasons given to you, and accompanied by information on the redress available, in accordance with Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.

Consumer mediation

Under Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, every consumer is entitled to free access to a consumer mediator. The publisher’s membership of an approved mediator is in progress; its details will be published here once effective. In the meantime, send your complaint to [email protected] — we undertake to answer it.

The European online dispute resolution platform closed permanently on 20 July 2025; the Commission no longer operates an online portal for such disputes.

Intellectual property

The “Jam Jam” name, logo, visual identity, site texts and images belong to the publisher. Content created or imported by users (songs, chords, lyrics, melodies) remains the property of its respective authors and rights holders and is not exploited by the publisher. The free sound banks and libraries used by the apps are credited in the app’s “Open source licences” screen.

Accessibility

The publisher is a microenterprise within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act): fewer than ten people and an annual turnover below two million euros. It is therefore exempt, under Article 4(5) of that directive, from the accessibility requirements applying to services. That exemption is a legal fact, not a goal: accessibility (contrast, adjustable text size, keyboard navigation, screen-reader labels) is treated as a quality requirement of the apps. Accessibility problems can be reported to [email protected] — we handle them like any other defect.
