Jam Jam respects intellectual property rights. Users’ songs are stored on their own devices and, when signed in, backed up privately to the owner’s account; sharing is intended for private and friend-to-friend use. If you believe content shared through the Service infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to [email protected] with:

• Your contact information (name, email, address).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material and enough detail to locate it.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review valid notices and remove or disable access to the reported material where appropriate, and may notify the user who shared it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, and a good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be suspended or terminated.
