Report illegal content

Anyone can use this form, with or without a Jam Jam account, to report content they believe is illegal: a copyright infringement, but also harassment, impersonation or anything else. This is the notice and action mechanism required by Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

This page stores nothing and sends nothing by itself. It opens your own mail program with the message already written, addressed to [email protected]. You read it, you send it, and you keep a copy.

What your notice must contain

  • A reasoned explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
  • The exact address of the content, precise enough for us to find it.
  • Your name and email, so we can acknowledge receipt and tell you what we decided.
  • A statement of good faith: that what you state is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Your notice

What happens next

We acknowledge receipt. We decide, and we tell you what we decided and on what grounds. We tell you what redress remains open to you, judicial and out of court. When we restrict content, the person who published it gets the same reasoned explanation and can contest it. If a notice suggests a criminal offence threatening life or safety, we inform the competent authorities, as Article 18 requires.

Inside the app, every profile, published song, list and comment carries a report command, and you do not need an account to report a page you can open. You can also write directly to [email protected] for copyright, or to [email protected] for anything else.
