Jam Jam respects intellectual property rights. Users’ songs are stored on their own devices, and sharing is intended for private and friend-to-friend use. If you believe content shared through the Service infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it.
Reporting infringement
Send a notice to dmca@jam-jam.org with:
- Your contact information (name, email, address).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the material in question and enough detail to locate it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the reported material where appropriate, and may notify the user who shared it.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be suspended or terminated.
